HOW TO PERFORM SHOULDER ROTATION EXERCISE?

  1. Start by letting your arms hang loosely by your sides and relax your shoulders. 
  2. Your head should be level and ensure your spine is in a neutral position. 
  3. Move your shoulders forward and inward, raising them slowly upwards towards your ears. 
  4. Keep looking straight ahead and rotate your shoulders backward and around to the start position. 
  5. Perform this exercise 5-7 times.
