HOW TO PERFORM NECK SIDE FLEXION EXERCISE?

  1. Standing upright, hold your body in a relaxed posture, keep your shoulders loose, and eyes looking straight ahead.
  2. Tilting your head take your right ear towards your right shoulder as far as it is comfortable. 
  3. Hold for 5 seconds. 
  4. Tilt your neck in the opposite direction as far as you can go. 
  5. Hold for 5 seconds and return to the start position. 
  6. Repeat this movement 5-7 times.
