HOW TO PERFORM CORNER CHEST STRETCH EXERCISE?
Face a corner of a room and stand straight with hands raised at your sides and facing up, elbows bent as shown above.
Palms should be placed on the walls at shoulder height.
Try to lean forward and feel the stretch in your chest and upper back between your shoulder blades.
