QUAD STRETCH 

  • QUAD STRETCH exercise stretches the quadriceps muscles at the front of your thigh, which helps you to straighten your knee.
  • This stretch is performed in a standing position, therefore it emphasizes good posture and balance
  • Muscle tension in the quadriceps can result in back and knee pain, overall tightness, and can reduce the mobility
  • Hence QUAD STRETCH exercise will help to prevent back pain, knee pain, attain a good posture, increase range of motion and prevent muscle injuries.

HOW TO DO QUAD STRETCH EXERCISE?

  1. Take a standing position with your back to a table. 
  2. Put your left foot on the table, keep your legs parallel and try to tilt your pelvis back, till you feel the stretch in the front of your left thigh.
  3. Try to hold, lower, and repeat with your other leg.
  4. Perform QUAD STRETCH EXERCISE 1 set of 3 repetitions on both the legs.
