QUAD STRETCH
- QUAD STRETCH exercise stretches the quadriceps muscles at the front of your thigh, which helps you to straighten your knee.
- This stretch is performed in a standing position, therefore it emphasizes good posture and balance
- Muscle tension in the quadriceps can result in back and knee pain, overall tightness, and can reduce the mobility
- Hence QUAD STRETCH exercise will help to prevent back pain, knee pain, attain a good posture, increase range of motion and prevent muscle injuries.
HOW TO DO QUAD STRETCH EXERCISE?
- Take a standing position with your back to a table.
- Put your left foot on the table, keep your legs parallel and try to tilt your pelvis back, till you feel the stretch in the front of your left thigh.
- Try to hold, lower, and repeat with your other leg.
- Perform QUAD STRETCH EXERCISE 1 set of 3 repetitions on both the legs.
