  • In order to maintain hip flexibility, the stretching of adductors plays an important role.
  • ADDUCTOR STRETCH  can also help in lower back pain
  • The tightness of adductors may lead to knee pain, hip pain, groin pain, and back pain and can even affect your way of walking and also disturb your sleep.
  • It becomes difficult to hold the pelvis at the proper level when you have tight adductors on one side and the other is normal, which means your opposite hip will drop down while walking
  • ADDUCTOR STRETCH exercise also helps to prevent injuries and stiffness

HOW TO DO ADDUCTOR STRETCH EXERCISE?

  1. Stand with your body in an upright position and place your hands on your hips as shown. 
  2. Now bend your left leg such that your left knee is over your left foot, your right leg should be extended, and your right foot is flat. 
  3. Rock to the left side gently and relax. 
  4. Return to the starting position and follow the sequence with the other leg.
  5. Repeat this ADDUCTOR STRETCH exercise 5-7 times.
