HOW TO DO SACRAL CIRCLE EXERCISE?

1. Lie down on a mat, placing a rolled towel under your head for support. Gently breathe out as you slowly bring your knees towards your chest, placing your hands on both knees as shown above.

2. Move your knees in a circular motion from right to left 5 times, use your hands to guide the movement. Breathe normally.

3. Repeat the same circular motion exercise 5 times in the opposite direction, that is from left to right, moving your arms in and out as the movement is performed.
