ONE-LEG CIRCLE EXERCISE
- One leg circle is used for mobilization of your sciatic
nerve, and can help to reduce sciatica.
- The movement should be smooth and gentle.
- Lie down on your back with a rolled towel under your head
for support. Keep your arms on either side of your body
- Bring your right knee close to your chest, bending your foot
towards your body as you do so.
- Without stopping, extend your right leg up towards the
ceiling and then take it down towards the mat with control, in a circular
motion.
- Repeat the circular motion for 5 reps, then return to the
start position and perform with other leg
