ONE-LEG CIRCLE EXERCISE

  • One leg circle is used for mobilization of your sciatic nerve, and can help to reduce sciatica.
  • The movement should be smooth and gentle.

ONE LEG CIRCLE



  1. Lie down on your back with a rolled towel under your head for support. Keep your arms on either side of your body
  2. Bring your right knee close to your chest, bending your foot towards your body as you do so.
  3. Without stopping, extend your right leg up towards the ceiling and then take it down towards the mat with control, in a circular motion.
  4. Repeat the circular motion for 5 reps, then return to the start position and perform with other leg
