BACK FLEXIONEXERCISE
When to do back flexion exercises
If you feel
pain relief on:
- Sitting
- Forward bending
- Lumbar lordosis
- Fixed lumbar lordosis with bending
You can do back flexion exercise when your pain increases on:
- Walking
- Standing
- Sustained forward bending
- Repeated backward bending
- Extreme backward bending
If pain
remain unchanged on STOOPING back flexion exercises can be performed.
BACK EXTENSION EXERCISES
When to do back extension exercises
If u feel
pain relief on:
- Lying
- Walking
- Repeated back bending
- Decreased lumbar lordosis
Back extension
exercise can be done if pain increases on:
- Sitting
- Driving
- Arising from chair
- Stooping
- Forward bending
- Repeated forward bending
HOW TO CHECK THE CORRECTNESS OF THE EXERCISE CHOSEN?
- If centralization of the pain of the back occurs
- Absence or reduction of pain.
- Absence or reduction of discomfort.
- If gradual improvement is noticed in 10-15 days.
