- Hamstring muscle stretch is a simple general-purpose stretch that stretches all the muscles in your hamstrings
- Hamstring muscle stretch also helps in relieving the tightness of the hamstring muscle that puts your lower back under undue stress.
- Stretch the muscle slowly and don't “bounce back” at full extension.
HOWTO DO HAMSTRING MUSCLE STRETCH 1?
1. Lie down straight on your back with both your legs extended.
2. Bend one of your knees.
3. Bring your knee
towards your chest and pull gently on your leg, until you feel the stretch. Maintain the stretch for 30sec.
4. Relax and straighten your leg
5. Repeat with your other leg
6. Perform this for 3 times alternatively
