HOW TO DO HAMSTRING MUSCLE STRETCHING?

1. Lie down on your back with both your legs straight. 
2. Lift one of your legs, brace your knee and pull your toes back toward your body. 
3. If you don't feel the stretch much, try extending the stretch a little by pulling back on your leg
4. Once you feel the stretch, maintain the position for 30 sec. 
5. Relax and bring back your leg on the mat.
6. Perform with the other leg in the same manner
7. Repeat for 3 times alternatively
