HOW TO DO SEATED HIP WALK EXERCISE?

  1. Sit down toward the front of the seat such that your thighs slope slightly downward. 
  2. Ensure that you sit straight with your feet flat on the floor. 
  3. Look straight ahead with your knees inline
  4. Take your right hip back pressing into the seat and your head turned to the left. 
  5. Hold the position for 5-7seconds and then return to the starting position. 
  6. Change the sides, and repeat the movement, this time press your left hip back and turn your head to the right as shown
