KNEELING HIP FLEXOR STRETCH EXERCISE

KNEELING HIP FLEXOR

  • KNEELING HIP FLEXOR exercise helps to stretch your hip flexor muscles.
  • As a lot of time is spent sitting down, these muscles become tight and therefore they need to be stretched to avoid injuries or strain due to imbalanced tight muscles.
  • Tight hip flexors can also cause imbalances around your pelvis and lower back which leads to back pain.
  • You can rest your knees on a cushion or soft pad, if you find them hurting during the movement,
  • To reduce both knee and back injuries you need to have strong and active glutes.
  • By stretching the hip flexors with KNEELING HIP FLEXOR exercise, you allow the glutes to turn on and thereby improving the performance, and reducing the chances of injury.
