HOW TO DO WALL-SUPPORTED FOOT LIFT exercise?
Stand, resting your head, shoulders, back, and arms against a wall as shown.
Place your feet slightly apart and around 30cm away from the wall and slightly bend your knees.
Try to lift your toes and the front of your feet off the floor slowly in a controlled manner.
Hold this position for 5-7 seconds, relax and return to the starting position
Repeat 5 times for the initial few days and gradually raise the number of repetitions as your strength improves.
