HOW TO DO SWISS BALL TWIST?

  1. Lie on a Swiss ball with your lower back supported. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent at right angles, and your hands clasped behind your head.
  2. Start to crunch up, once you feel steady.
  3. When you are halfway up, try to twist your torso to one side with your elbows spreading wide apart to balance yourself.
  4. Hold for 7-10 seconds at the top of the movement, then go down and untwist your upper torso and return to the start position.
  5. Change sides.
  6. Repeat for 5-7 times initially and gradually increase the number of repetitions once your strength increases.
