HOW TO DO SWISS BALL SIDE CRUNCH WITH TWIST?
- Lie on the fitness ball with your left hip and pelvis on it, with your chest facing the ground.
- Keep your arms bent at the elbows and hands touching the sides of your head.
- Pressing your feet against the wall take the support and place your right leg in front of your left
- Gradually lift your torso and rotate your trunk to the right, in such a way that your chest faces the wall.
- Maintain this position for 2–3 seconds, then return to starting position.
- Repeat 5-7 times, then change the sides.
- You can raise the repetition count after you achieve good strength
