- Another benefit of the Lat foam roller is that it helps to improve the extensibility and range of motion in the shoulder.
HOW TO DO LAT (Latissimus dorsi) FOAM ROLLER EXERCISE?
- Lie down on your right side over the roller
- Place the roller under your armpit, and your hands clasped behind
your head for stability.
- Using your back muscles, try to roll down
from your armpit to the base of your shoulder blade.
- Roll
back up and perform for 30 seconds only, then change the sides.
- Roll slowly and rhythmically.
