HOW TO DO ADDUCTOR LIFT EXERCISE?

  1. Lie down on your right side with your hips stacked and your right arm bent under your head. 
  2. Shift your body weight forward, using your left arm for balance. 
  3. Bend your left leg to 90 degrees and touch your left knee to the floor. 
  4. Keeping your right leg straight, Inhale.
  5. Keep your arms and left leg in the same position, raise your right leg off the ground as high as you can, breathing out as you lift, hold briefly
  6. Return to the starting position and breath in as you lower your leg.
  7. Repeat 5 times, before switching your legs
