HOW TO DO ADDUCTOR LIFT EXERCISE?
- Lie down on your right side with your hips stacked and your
right arm bent under your head.
- Shift your body weight
forward, using your left arm for balance.
- Bend your left
leg to 90 degrees and touch your left knee to the floor.
- Keeping your right leg straight, Inhale.
- Keep your arms and left leg in the same position,
raise your right leg off the ground as high as you can, breathing out as you lift, hold briefly
- Return to the starting position and breath in as you lower your
leg.
- Repeat 5 times, before switching your legs
