  • Wear a headset like Bluetooth or ear plugins so that your hands are free and you can continue working.
  • Face your desk and keyboard while talkingavoid twisting as it may cause unnecessary stress on back.
  • Keep your arms and shoulders relaxed by keeping your keyboard at a comfortable level. Avoid overreaching.
  • While using mobile use cases that can be propped on table at a comfortable angle to avoid neck strain.
  • Keep moving and changing the position at regular interval
  • Maintain a proper posture in order to avoid back and neckache
