CAT AND CAMEL
- Cat and Camel exercise is a great muscle-releasing exercise, this stretch helps lubricate your spine and get your spinal discs moving.
- This exercise can also be used as one of the best exercises as part of a general warm-up.
HOW TO DO CAT AND CAMEK EXERCISE?
- Kneel down on a floor with your hands in line with your shoulders, your fingers pointing forward, and your knees below your hips.
- Round your back upward as shown above and pull in your stomach, letting your head down. Hold for a count of 5 at the top of the movement.
- In one fluid movement, raise your buttocks and curve your spine downward while lifting your head so that you are looking straight ahead.
- Return to the start position
- Repeat for 5 times initially then gradually increase the number of repetitions.
