  • Cat and Camel exercise is a great muscle-releasing exercise, this stretch helps lubricate your spine and get your spinal discs moving.
  • This exercise can also be used as one of the best exercises as part of a general warm-up.

CAT AND CAMEL EXERCISE

HOW TO DO CAT AND CAMEK EXERCISE?

  1. Kneel down on a floor with your hands in line with your shoulders, your fingers pointing forward, and your knees below your hips.
  2. Round your back upward as shown above and pull in your stomach, letting your head down. Hold for a count of 5 at the top of the movement.
  3. In one fluid movement, raise your buttocks and curve your spine downward while lifting your head so that you are looking straight ahead.
  4. Return to the start position
  5. Repeat for 5 times initially then gradually increase the number of repetitions.
