  • When you pack your things try to distribute the items among several bags and balance the weight, then spread the weight so that you carry equal weight in each hand.

  • For the one carrying a single heavier item, such as a laptop or file, a side bag that can be worn across your body, or a backpack is a good choice.
  • Select a bag with a wide strap and keep the weight close to the body.
  • Keep swapping the bag from one shoulder to the other occasionally.
  • Use a table as a halfway point while putting the bag on and taking them off to avoid strain.
