Seated waist stretch is a great stretch for the muscles of
your upper back. This exercise won't shrink the overall appearance of your waist but will prevent back pain to a great extend if added to your routine.

Look straight ahead and try to hold yourself back to avoid leaning forward.
HOW TO DO SEATED WAIST STRETCH?
Sit on a chair slightly forward, with both your feet flat on the floor.
With your palm facing inward, try to reach up with your left hand, as shown above, holding onto the edge of the chair with your right hand.
Now press down on the seat with your right hand, and keeping your back straight, stretch your left hand up and over your head.
Hold for a brief period, then release and return to the start position.
