LANCELOT STRETCH EXERCISE

LANCELOT STRETCH

  • Lancelot stretch exercise is a useful stretch if you have stiffness around your spine, as it stretches hip flexors and, particularly, your psoas muscle.
  • Psoas muscle is directly attached to your spine and so it is important to keep it flexible.
