ALLIGATOR EXERCISE

HOW TO DO ALLIGATOR EXERCISE?

  1. Get down on all your four limbs with your back flat and your neck in a relaxed position. 
  2. Placing your arms directly under your shoulders, bend your hips and knees at right angles. 
  3. Keep your feet together. 
  4. Inhale deeply.
  5. Breathing out, and turning your head and pelvis to the left and close to each other, feel the stretch along the opposite side of your body. 
  6. Hold for 5-7 seconds, then switch to the right side of your body. 
  7. Complete 5 repetitions on either side initially, then relax to the starting position.
  8. You can increase the number of repetitions once you get adapted and comfortable.
